Your pre-registration is not a confirmation. Confirmation is sent to you in writing, together with the invoice. Only payments received before the seminar starts allow participation.
Verifysoft's billing and cancellation terms apply: free cancellation up to 45 days before the seminar, 70% refunded between 44 and 15 days, then the full fee is charged. A colleague from the same company may attend in your place.
